1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and purchasing any services from App Hive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our services.
2. Description of Services
App Hive provides a platform and website services dedicated to independent mobile application developers:
- Free Community App: A reciprocal community-based platform available via mobile application where developers manually test each other's apps using an in-app points system.
- Paid Tester Service: A direct commercial service provided on this website allowing developers to purchase dedicated testing fulfillment to meet Google Play’s closed testing requirements (e.g., 12 testers for 14 continuous days).
3. Paid Tester Service Delivery & Fulfillment
- Service Scope: Upon purchase, App Hive guarantees to allocate the specified number of testers to your application for the required consecutive testing duration.
- Developer Obligations: You are strictly required to add the Google Group
apphive-testers@googlegroups.com to your application's closed testing track within the Google Play Console. You must also ensure that your application's Package ID is entered accurately and correctly when submitting your application via our website.
- Access and Availability Disclaimer: If your application becomes inaccessible, suspended, removed, or unavailable at any point during the active closed testing cycle, testers will be unable to download or fulfill testing tasks. App Hive assumes absolutely no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any service delivery failures, interruptions, or incomplete cycles caused by such accessibility issues.
4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy
- Payment Processing: Our order process is conducted and managed via the Whop platform. Whop handles payment processing, secure billing, and related customer transaction support.
- Whop Terms: By purchasing our Paid Tester Service, you explicitly agree to be bound by Whop’s Terms of Service.
- Payments: All service fees are displayed on the checkout page and securely processed via Whop's payment gateway.
- Refunds: Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of provisioning testers, refunds are not available once the testing cycle has officially started. If we fail to deliver the agreed number of testers within the specified timeframe, a refund may be evaluated at our sole discretion.
5. Google Play Policies & Disclaimers
CRITICAL NOTICE: App Hive guarantees the execution of the testing process by physical or dedicated devices based on your selected package. However, we do not guarantee that Google will approve your application for production launch. Google’s evaluation process involves internal metrics, app quality, policy compliance, and developer account history which are entirely beyond our control. App Hive shall not be held liable if Google rejects your application after the testing period is successfully delivered.
6. Intellectual Property
The website, its original design, content, and the App Hive brand are the sole property of App Hive. Your application, source code, and assets remain entirely your intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
App Hive provides these services on an 'AS IS' basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to app rejections, developer account suspensions, or loss of revenue arising from Google Play Console actions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
